QUALITY
In some cases, several different products may be right for a job. You must then determine the product quality the customer is looking for.
The choice is simple when you know that the products offered are not all in the same quality range and that quality is determined by the composition and properties of the products: resins, pigments, hiding power, etc. Of course, the higher the quality, the more expensive a product is.
