Following is the Mulco sealant selection table. Below, you will find the key to the table's codes.

x Can be used on the surfaces or in the environment indicated.
n The suggested sealants may yellow on these surfaces, but they provide superior elasticity.
r1 The suggested sealants should be applied to interior surfaces only and woods such as cedar may cause yellowing in water-based products.
r2 Woods such as cedar may cause yellowing in water based products.
r3 For some metal surfaces painted in the plant, it is preferable to use a thermoplastic sealant.
r4 The joint must be perpendicular to the board.
r5 The white sealant must be applied in the matched joints.

If several choices apply, consult the color chart and the characteristics chart to determine the best choice based on your customer's needs.
